Xenon bulb replacement

Did everyone ever replace the Xenon bulbs on a F10/11?

I would like to exchange mine to "osram cool blue 5000" or "philips ultrablue 6000", because the OEM 4200k look too yellow to me.

How much work is this? Is there an instruction Manual somewhere?
