Cosmetically. The exterior is 80% done. The Bay is 90% done. Tons of loose ends to tie up on the interior, and a few under the car and we'll be back on the road!

Give me another week or two for fresh driving vids!

Awesome. Teach her early so you will have someone to detail all your cars!

I can't get over how clean the engine bay is. It looks like you even polished it! Awesome job.

Holy smokes Batman! That looks like a fun project. I am curious to hear how it handles when all is said and done.

Perhaps the next project should be an LS6 in a Mini Cooper? Who needs front seats?

It's about the same as these photos. My work has been slow so I've been busting ass on side jobs and flipping cars to make ends meet. Which on turn eliminates free time for my car.

Give me a few weeks and I should have good updates

Well. I got a bit lucky in recent weeks....

I bought a rough e36 coupe to fix up and flip, turns out it had Vaders, a 3:91 LSD, among many other goodies. (Dinan Ecu, Bav auto coilpacks, oem ///M bumper, unknown aftermarket exhaust, clear top tails etc...)

My car got the vaders, and the lsd. A friend wanted the exhaust and a few other things so I got a full ///M brake setup in exchange. My brothers sorted out the rest, we put stock parts on the car and got rd of it

All of these things slowed completion of the car, but I'm very happy that I got them and since its still February I can afford to lose a little time.

Thanks e36 coupe for the goodies!

Hopefully we're back on the road soon!

Isn't 3.91 a little high a ratio for you? Your top speed will be pretty limited by that.

I was using a 3:91 in the past and top speed was around 130. I really don't have a need/desire to go much faster than that.

You have quite the quirky beast there. Congrats on such a nice find. I guess you're going for the panda look now?

Change that beige interior to white!

I drove the car about a quarter mile from my shop too my house last weekend. I still have a lot of finishing to do but it's mostly minor details that i'll be able to take care of here as its much more convenient to work on the car at home since I have a young daughter.

I cleaned it up a bit since it was disgusting from sitting in my shop for months, the quarters and side skirts still need painted and I've got a new hood that won't need a hole in it to paint and get on as well!

No, I won't be working outside...I have a two car garage detached that you can't see in the photos. While having the large shop is nice, it's humbling to be back home working in the small place that I first starting tearing cars apart in.

I've been learning a lot about carburetors. I had some serious tuning issues but finally go to drive the car around locally this weekend.

Notice the hood has no hole

My brother making some adjustments, and my daughter insisting he hold her while he does it:

And here's some various shots since my last update:

Life is busy... but some brake work, some final checks and assembly and a day of paint work and I should be ready to go!
