Leather Dash Care

I have a new 740Li with Oyster/black Nappa. I have tried some leather preservatives on some inconspicuous places, but all appear to leave a smeared or greasy appearance. Does anyone have any suggestions for something to use on the black dash?

I've been using Zaino's product for years now. Not greasy! It smells good too.

Another alternative is Lexol leather preservative and Vinylex (also by Lexol) for non-leather surfaces. Lexol absorbs into the leather after about 5 mnutes and shows how porous and "needy" leather is. Leaves a soft, supple feeling. Vinylex initially appears shiny (not greasy) but absorbs quickly without vaporizing and leaving an oily sheen on your window glass like so many others. But, in deference to HD750, everything Zaino makes is top notch. I use their car shampoo/wax/polish/finishing sprays and I couldn't be happier.

I recently switched from Lexol to Griots LeatherCare and like it very much.
Goes on easily, doesn't gunk up in the stiching and perforations, and absolutely no greasy residue.

Thankns for the suggestion. I'm always up for trying something new. Is that bought only on the internet?

Not sure if it's in stores. I buy all my supplies online.
I know you can get it online from AutoGeek or directly from Griots.

303 Aerospace Protectant hands down is one of the best products for something like this. It has UV blockers in it to prevent fading and as well leaves a nice dark matte finish! You can also use it on leather, plastic, vinyl, etc.

Griots can be bought at Autozone too - but right now they got free shipping so might as well order directly.

I use and have used for 2 decades... MEGUIARS products for my ENTIRE car from inside to tires. For the price... Nothing can compare.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I picked up some Lexol and it worked great on the leather dash. No streaks or residuals seen at all. Worked great.

Good choice!

I have both Zaino products and 303 aerospace. If 303 is OK then I would rather use 303 on dash. Zaino (Z9 and Z10)is too expensive and I use it only on seats.
