Intalling Alpine MP3 Changer - HELP!!!!!!!

Ok, I have 5 different printouts showing how this job needs to be done. However, I am hung up at an early step. I can't get the plastic tray pins out. All of the other pins (on the side) are easy. What am I missing. I've tried with several different screwdrivers and these things won't budge. Any thoughts?

In my case those were the easiest retaining clips to remove. I used my largest screwdriver. Have you tried working one side of the pin a little bit and then try the other side?

If you are careful, you can actually use a carpentry nail remover to get those out easy. They are cheap at your nearest home depot.

All fixed. I have 6 cds filled with MP3s. I never know what's coming on next.........
