Has anyone gotten a Bluetooth phone to work with Verizon?

Well 3 months of circle j*rking from Verison and my dealer and I still don't have a Bluetooth phone that works with my 04 X5.
Has anyone had any luck getting Verizon to setup a Bluetooth phone on there network , if so what model?
