Exclamation Left low beam malfunction

Hello All,

I have an left low beam malfunction. I have replaced the Headlight lamp, and the Xenon Headlight ignitor and still having the same problem any suggestions??

Replace the ballast located underneath the headlight. Just bought one from ebay. Pretty good prices from this seller which is where I purchased also, see link. Fast shipping also.

Yes and you will need to remove your bumper in order to get to it. Keif wrote up a great DIY on this. Search the DIY section and you will find it.

I think I am having this same issue. Replaced the igniter and bulb. Can be anything else? or is it the ballast?

Ballast is the only thing left in the equation.

+1. Swap the ballast to the other headlight and see if the problem follows. If you've already swapped the bulb and ignitor, then as 745Japan mentioned, the ballast is your next and last step usually. Unfortunately the ballast is under the headlight assembly, so there is really no getting around dropping the bumper, but it's honestly it's not a bad procedure at all.

does anyone know if the ballast is the same part that used for vw/audi

a year after dealing with a low beam malfunctions and bought a new ballast, i now just found out that my right high beam is out; i hope its just the bulb,
