2012 BMW M5 Exhaust - Press car revs for the camera at Laguna Seca

Automotive Rhythms caught up with the 2012 BMW M5 at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca during Pebble Beach Auto Week. The driver was nice enough to give the car a few revs for the camera

Still not quite sure how they made a V8 sound like a 4cyl. Sounds weak, I do not like the sound. Otherwise its perfect.

The hell are you talking about? That sounds nothing like a 4 banger or a 6 cylinder for that matter. It sounds amazing. You may be referring to the crackle when it comes down, which is typical for most V8's.

I think I am willing to sell body parts for this car. Can't wait till they release pricing info so that I can chart out timelines.

This car sounds awful. Modern European turbo V8s rarely sound good, and this one just sounds like it's choking on lunch.
