Poltergeist
This morning, as usual, I was getting ready to work. I approached my car, used the keyfob to open my trunk and put in my attache and some documents. I closed the trunk lid and tried to open the door locks with the remote and nothing happened. I tried several times and it didn't work not even with the trunk. The battery! I thought. But I have a four month old car with less than 3000 miles. I took the spare remote and everything worked fine but then I tried the original one and it also worked fine. Anyway, I took both of remotes with me just in case. Leaving from work I used the original keyfob and it was working fine. The trunk opened, the car unlocked properly and the car started. The car started with a rough idle. The tachometer needle was going like crazy up and down from 1300 to 700 revs. This lasted for a few seconds and I started my ride back home. Tha car rode smoothly as always ( you all know that feeling). After a few miles the open door light and an alarm went on. My door was partially open. I couldn't believe it. I didn't touch the door handle at all and I'm sure it was closed from the very start. I proceeded to open and close the door, the locks closed automatically and continued my trip back home. I hope this is not the beginning of another issue, or is it poltergeist? Will observe tomorrow.
