New car issues rough idle
Just got a turbo 02 or 03 323 today it's idling rough on start up and when u let off gas is it the mas air flow

get your error codes read. MAF is an expensive part to throw on a whim. More likely intake tube leak/or boost leak.

Could just be a dirty idle control valve. Vid out there on how to clean it. Codes should help point in right direction.

New car issues rough idle
Its probably due to an '02 or '03 323 not having ever existed in the states. Jk jk!!
Get those codes read. Rough idles are usually intake leakage. The boost just adds complexity to isolating it, unfortunately. Agree with others on not simply throwing a MAF at it - theyre pricey. Sent from BimmerApp mobile app
