JUST LAST NIGHT THE WHITE HOUSE RAISED THE NUMBER OF SIGNATURES REQUIRED ON A PETITION FROM 25,000 TO 100,000 IN 30 DAYS. THIS WILL APPLY TO ALL NEW PETITIONS. THE OVERWHELMING NUMBER OF PETITIONS SINCE NOVEMBER HAS PROMPTED THEM TO DO THIS.
