2011 Incentives

Does anyone know details of the new 2011 incentive listed as Premium Package II Credit ($1730 like the Navigation credit); it is showing up on some of the internet pricing tools along with the Navigation Credit ($1730) and Loyalty Credit ($1000).
Can it by chance be in addition to the Navigation credit? I thought (hoped) maybe this was added to clear out the 2011's since 2012 production has started. Unfortunately I missed the Team USA events, hoping this one may work. I am trying hard to move from 2010 535I to an F10.

I purposely asked to take delivery on a 2011 535 ix after the September programs came out. I visited the dealership on Saturday (9-3-11) and the dealer confirmed that there is a $1500 build allowance that will apply to September delivery of 2011 535 ix. They believe it does not impact the $1730 Nav credit and I will get both.

It's one or the other - package or navigation as a standalone. I asked my dealer about this when I ordered their last 2011 build allocation. Essentially Nav+loyalty gets you the $2730 discount. You can't double up on the $1730 credit.

OK- I will let you know when I pick my car up. Dealer was certain (?) that the NAV credit was tied to production and the new $1500 credit is tied to date of delivery.

We will see.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. It is my understanding that the GT gets BOTH the nav credit AND a $3,500 "build out cash" allowance. It would seem reasonable for the F10 to also get both, not either/ or.

I'm curious then what the $1500 build credit is for - I can't find anything specifically related to it. Maybe some trunk money from BMW? These were the options available when I ordered my 2011 535xi:

$1,000 - Loyalty Incentive
Available to current and former BMW Car owners or lessees of a Model Year 2005 or newer vehicle who purchase or lease a new MY11 or MY12 BMW July 1, 2011 January 2012 and do not utilize the Loyalty Rate Reduction Program through BMW FS. Incentives subject to change. See dealer for details. (Expires 12/31/2011)

Plus:

$1,000 - Option Credit (Non-Navigation Credit)
Available for 528i, 535i, 535xi models NOT equipped with the navigation package. Incentives subject to change. See dealer for details. (Expires 09/06/2011)

or

$1,730 - Option Credit (Requires Navigation Pkg)
Available for 528i, 535i, 535xi models equipped with the navigation package. Incentives subject to change. See dealer for details. (Expires 09/06/2011)

These discounts were specifically entered into my agreed upon price. Essentially Invoice + $500 + MACO minus the $2730 in credits.

For Brett0429 - the Nav credit is not available for the 2011 550 - only the 528/535.

Dose that mean if I use outside financing, I am eligible for the $1000 Loyalty Incentive? I will sign my 9/17 ED pickup this Friday. What about word on the $1500 from OP?

I believe the loyalty will apply.
My dealer is factoring the $1000 incentive and the $1730 Nav incentive. I will use PenFed CU (2.49%) in lieu of BMW Financial Services. I am still hopeful they may have added the $1500 build allowance since the 2012 production has started.
From the BMWUSA web site:
Offers apply to current and former owners of a BMW Model Year 2005 and newer in the past 12 months, who purchase or lease a new BMW Model Year 2011 and newer. Consult your BMW client advisor for full program details. 1% APR reduction can be applied only against current posted rates on all new Model Year 2011 and 2012 BMW vehicles only. Special Lease offers may not be below .00005 on Lease/PrePay and below 0.01% on Retail/Select/OwnersChoice, once applicable program discounts have been applied. $1,000 loyalty cash may not be combined with other loyalty rate reductions. Offers subject to change. Subject to credit approval. Offers may not be combined. Offers expire January 2, 2012.

I managed to sneak in a steal with our 2012 535i purchase...

Got the $1000 loyalty plus the $1730 nav credit that just came out. Add all of this to an ED delivery for 10/18 and we are paying cash. Just closed the deal last week too!

Can you say what percent you were able to get off MSRP?

$1200 over invoice after checking 4 dealers -- 3 of which offered me ED MSRP as their initial offer!!. Although I know I could do better out of state, I just thought all the work with taxes, paperwork, and driving wasn't worth it.

Still I managed to order a car just barely a month from delivery, so I am happy.

Anyone know what is the code for the $1500 incentive and $1000 reduction loyalty program?

Great info here. I am looking to lease a 2011 535ix M-Sport. Dealers aren't moving as much as I would like on the price.

wondering about this myself. I have a 2011 535xi on order and my dealer just wrote me that my price would go down about 10 dollars per month because of the new incentive. I am suspicious because I cant imagine bmw issuing what would amount to about a 400 dollar incentive (over the 36 month lease, that would save me the 10 dollars). My impression was the dealer was probably pocketing a portion of what must be a larger incentive. I'd appreciate any concrete info.

I just had a dealer confirm the Build Out Incentive of $1500. They included this with the $1730 Nav credit and the $1000 loyalty on a 2011 535i X-drive...
I am getting close to the F10 family!
I am traveling away from home, but may pull the trigger...my local guy has not gotten back to me with final numbers on some cars we discussed days ago, the only time he is seems to be helping me is when I call him.

Build Out Cash and ED

Could someone please explain what the "build out cash" incentive is? Also, what is ED? Sorry, I am just new to this and have no idea what these mean, what model year it applies to, and how it may help in negotiation process. I test drove 528 and I am seriously considering buying one within next couple months? Any recommendations are very much appreciated. Thanks

Smile Build Out Allowance

Lots of questions in this string.

I believe ED is european delivery but I dont know anything about it,

I did get the $1500 September delivery incentive in addition to the NAV credit of $1730.

At the end of the day I am paying $500 over invoice minus the nav and build credits for a 2011 535 ix, titanium silver, black leather, premium package, premium 2, coldweather and rear folding seats.

I am also paying cash.

RAV535 - Thanks for your reply. So, what is the criteria for the September delivery credit? Do you custom order, it gets delivered in September and that is how you qualify. Or is basically given as long as the car is purchased in September? As far as ypur price paid - your price was $500 over invoice, then minus Navi credit and minus $1,500 September delivery credit? Thanks again!

I did not custom order. This applied to 2011 535 ix. Even my dealer thought it was odd for BMW to be offering a "build credit? for a 2011 in stock car.

That is the pricing- invoice price as per Edmunds or Kelly Blue book, plus $500 minus 1730 and minue 1500.

bmwusa.com now shows a $1500 credit available - but isn't very specific. ZAG.com shows:

Manufacturer-to-Dealer Incentive
Incentives subject to change. See dealer for details. (Expires 10/31/2011)

I left a message with my sales guy to see what can be used since I'm still waiting for my car to get on the ship...

This would seriously be nice to see $1000 loyalty, $1730 navi, $1500 build, and the $1000 Olympic drive event. For me it was $500 over invoice now potentially with $5230 off in incentives... So $4730 under invoice?
