Question Need Quick Buying Advice 2002 X5

I'm about to buy a 2002 X5 and I just need some opinions on whether or not it's a good deal.

It's a 2002 3.0i X5 Automatic (+- thingy) with 22,500 miles on it.

It has:
Xenon Headlamps
Tinted Glass
Leather Seats
Power Moonroof
Power Passenger Seat
Sport Package
Automatic Climate Control
Automatic 5-Speed Transmission
Trip Computer
Wood Interior Trim

It is a certified preowned vehicle from the bmw dealer.

They are asking $36,000 for it. Does that sound like a crappy deal or no? It also comes with the 100,000 mile preowned certified warranty.

Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Jeff
