10,000 miles overage on the lease
My 2008 750Li is leased with 36,000 miles for 3 years. I'm getting ready to visit the dealer to trade for another BMW. According to contract, I'll owe 25c for each mile over the 36,000; it has 46,000. Will BMW offer a discount on the overage?

They might offer to waive the fee if you lease another Bimmer from them. But the total cost being only $2500 isn't that bad. The car probably is actually work $2500 less than the comparable 08 with 36K miles due to the extra mileage...

Take it to carmax, they buy cars and you may be surprised. My associate had an 08 E350 with only 18K. Payoff was $30K, carmax offered $36K. He took the offer to Germain Mercedes AND THEY MATCHED THE OFFER-When have you ever heard of walking away from a lease with any money in your pocket.
I am going to go to carmax when my 11MDX is due, even if they pay it off with no money to you there are no dealer hassels with a chip here, "excessive wear and tear" or any "disposition fees" if you turn it in to the dealer.
