Shaft Flex Disc
Check the drive shaft flex disc. This disc connects the drive shaft to transmission, its' made out rubber. I had one replaced because it was dry rotted. Could be your problem.

Check the drive shaft flex disc. Location; connects the drive shaft at the transmission. I replaced mine on a 93 740i because it was cracked and worn.

yes, if you are able to securely get under the vehicle.
the flex disc is also called a guibo, and i am sure there are plenty of pictures depicting worn units in the forum, or online. good luck. df

To check the mounts open the hood put parking brake on and press down on brake pedal with left foot & hold, start car put n drive continue holding brake while
Also pressing down on gas pedal watch to see if your motor raises . If it does your mounts are bad. They are very easy to replace. Sent from my VM670 using Bimmer |
