Can anyone interpret this?

Carfax report on a 2008 535xi. Not sure if this reads: DO NOT BUY or not. I am worried about the service contract claim on 9/24 and then the dealer having it to sell in November. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Seems there was a claim in Sept against an extended warranty. Just having an extended warranty service claim doesn't necessarily mean anything by itself. Get the dealer to show you the service records to know what work was done.

I'd say the November 2012 for-sale timing is more likely correlated with the November 2010 purchase date than anything from September. Tough to say though without knowing what work was done in September.

As always you'd want a solid independent PPI.
