Shaking Problems

I have a 2006 325i E90 with sport package. I have been experiencing shaking while driving and while braking. Here are the sequence of events that have brought me to this point. After about 80k miles i replaced my brake pads and rotors for the first time. I do mostly highway driving and they were not too bad, which i believe is why they lasted so long. I replaced with EBC Ultimax rotors and EBC green stuff pads. I am not 100% sure, but i dont believe the car shook while driving and def not while braking with my old brakes. After a few thousand miles i began feeling shaking when braking. I also started noticing shaking while driving which i dont believe i ever felt before. I had summer wheels/tires on and replaced them with my winter wheels/tires to see if the shaking was due to a bent wheel or unbalanced wheel. Still shook, but not as bad. I am thinking either,
1) Both sets of tires are unbalanced and that is why it shakes when driving. AND something is wrong with rotors and that is why it shakes when i brake. (thinking 2 problems because i dont believe an unbalanced tire can cause shaking when braking, can it?)
2) A suspension component is broke or on its way out, such as tie rod, bushing, somthing else? Would this cause shaking while braking also? Braking shaking is much more severe then normal driving shaking, which is not severe at all and noticable at higher speeds.
3) Combination of two?

Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, since I am now trying to figure out how to rectify this as cheaply as possible and in what order i should get things checked out. Also, the day i brought it in to a shop that i wanted have look at the suspension, cylinder #6 ignition coil went and caused MAJOR shaking!! I had that replaced and they thought that would have been why it was shaking... It was replaced and everything is the same regarding the slight shaking when driving and more severe shaking when braking.

Your new front rotors are warped already. It happens every now and then (happened to me). Get the rotors cut, and get your tires balanced.

I don't believe BMW will cut rotors, they will replace them. The "warpage" is more likely deposits:

You dont think anything is wrong with suspension? So basically I should road force balance tires, see if shaking still occurs while driving, if not and if there is still shaking when braking, either my rotors are "warped" or my suspension is messed up. How do I check suspension, since thats seems logical to do before i buy rotors.

Rotors don't warp, and if you have shaking when braking, the rotors may need to be replaced. I don't believe BMW turns rotors anymore, they just replace them. If it isn't your rotors, it could be the FCAB (front control arm bushings), but you'd most likely see weirdness without braking as the cause.
