My wife and I throughly enjoyed a special invitation and were comped at the Cut in the Palazzo, as we are friends and associates of a very prominent business person in Las Vegas. His personal wine collection stored at the restaurant is quite excellent, as was the food and the very attentive service. It was probably the best steak dinner I've ever had and that's saying something.

Actually, I'm sure that I would be welcome anywhere in Las Vegas...as a guest and not as an employee!

Then, you offer "playful banter" - but take offense to his "sarcastic response to your serious inquiry" banter. Should someone take offense to your "provocative response to their serious reply"??

You called out someone 11 posts in for some sarcasm and started throwing jabs.. and "thought we were with you?? Are you that cynical too, that you can't hack some sarcasm without taking offense??

We don't care what you make in a year or where you work. But you keep trying so hard to convince us of your status and that you can prove it. Great, you're "perceived" better than us. Yay. We're in a car forum - hence, the discussion about cars. Like I said before - I find the innuendos entertaining... but too many, and you're just trying too hard.
The DIFFERENCE...
I DID NOT CALL ANYONE A "TROLL" OR QUESTION THIER GENDER.
I started out serious & friendly, some of you immediately and ragged on me because i did not fit into your precious car forum mold.
I tried to wrap up this thread by just THANKING everyone who gave me good advice for my OP...but some of you little men, with your big egos, just had to take some last shots at me...for what, why? Like to have the last word?
Or point out that someone who has joined in this little forum may be different, and you cannot handle that?
I assume the emoticons provided by the designers of this forum are there to use...and ALL are approved without penalty?
So...

Good, then open your eyes...and you will see that Vegas has some of the most beautiful women in the world...and many are in the casino dealing...don't worry, you can admit it now, your wife is not looking over your shoulder...?

This was my first trip to vegas and I was expecting it to be more like the TV show "Vegas" with the beautiful women working throughout the hotels and casinos. Don't get me wrong, as there were plenty of beautiful women in Vegas including my wife, but I just didn't see any beautiful dealers. I was surprised, actually.

Maybe it was your weekend off or I didn't show up during your shift?

Love it !

Now a bit about me;
Was H.S. cheerleader & beauty pageant winner. Then came, to Vegas to be a Hooters girl.
Now am baccarat dealer on Strip...making oodles of $$$, and would like to move on soon, to a more sensual hotter ride. I want thrills...since i was turned on to motorcycle racing at an early age...nothing more thrilling than to have all that power & thrust between your legs, rumbling!

So I would like to learn more about the M3?
Also have been on Lexus forum, and they tell me the IS-F is the M3 killer???
Just as fast, more torque (not exactly sure that that means?)...and much, much more reliable, especially for the electronics and since that so much electronics and computers control the M3
...and they say that Germans suck at that compared to the Japanese,
I would be better off with the IS-F ?
I may want to keep this car for a really long time if I like it. don't want to lease, want to own and love it and mod it if I really like it, you know make it personalized...make it me?

But i do not need reliability headaches and it in the shop all the time, and especially after warranty...and others say that German cars are all about that, un-reliable 'cause the electrical stuff is always failing, and i won't have that with the Lexus IS-F.
And that now, the 2011 IS-f is every bit as fast & fun to drive as the M3. But I like the BMW i have now...and am not sure if it is just forum bias?

Can you guys who know these cars explain?
Can you be objective, since this is a M3 forum?
Thanks.

What you're missing is intent to anger. Just 'cause you get mad about it doesn't mean they're trollin'. Just means umadbro.

CT is correct.

I did not intend to "anger" anyone.
I am sorry if i offended some of you boys with my sensual or provocative innuendoes...
...just being playful, and i am in an industry & town, well that is somewhat provocative.
"What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas"...a campaign perpetuated by our alky, Beefeater gin endorsing ex-mob lawyer former mayor (his wife, now Mayor, has extended the regime...lol)
...really sets the tone for life here, and we are affected.
Maybe it is in my genes...my grandmother's '67 Corvette Sting Ray (with the L71 engine option, which got you a 435-horsepower {its true rating was well over 450} variant of the 427 engine)...had stenciled on the rear end..." If you can beat me, you can eat me"
...so provocative kinda runs-in-the-family

BTW...some of you gave me the feedback that helped me decide against the IS-F and in favor of the M3...
...think I will go with a new (if i can get one) E90 since it has more room in the back for z ooh-la-la

Maybe I've just been around on the internet for too long, but by and large your posts really aren't what I'd call 'provocative'. I think (to use a metaphor most here can relate to) watercooler talk plumbs the depths of sexuality to a far greater degree.

Having had both a coupe and a sedan, though, I can honestly say that there is equivalent room in both. The only difference is ingress / egress to the backseat from outside. The route from the driver seat to the backseat over the center console is the same for both.

Well, yep, I thought so too...and I do move in a very sexually charged environment...
...but all i really wanted from my OP, was feedback. It just took some funny twists.

The center console in the rear seat of the coupe could be uncomfortable to lay on as well...

Next time you go to Vegas with or without your wife, you should check out "bimmerbabe69",
since it was you who presumed to know what & who she is?
You may be humbled.
I live here.
I met her at work.
She is ALL women, I can you assure you.
Hot, hot , smoke'n HOT!
Funny and smart too.

If she gets her M3, she is gonna turn some heads when she tracks that car at the LV speedway.
I would sure blow a tank of gas chasing her
