M5 clutch
Hi all, need some help.
My m5 s62 engine has been making some noises, previous owner had the clutch replaced and installed a rogue lightened fly wheel and race clutch. When idling there is a rattle coming from the clutch, once clutch pedal is pushed down the noise goes away. When driving the noise goes as a gear is engaged, but once your out of gear and off the clutch the rattle comes back. Also I want to get rid of the race setting on the clutch, I.e the travel on the clutch to become more standard. The wife wants to drive it so I need the clutch to have a biting point lol. So any help would be grateful. Car drives beautifully just hate the rattle |

Sounds like the throwout bearing is starting to go bad on you...
