Repair Kidney Grill

I recently broke a couple of vertical fins in the left kidney grill in front of the radiator (deer). They can be repaired without removing the plastic grill but a better job could be accomplished if I removed, repaired and reinstalled the grill.

Does anyone know how to remove the plastic kidney grill without a major disassembly of the front radiator area? Thanks.

I think you just replace it.

Maybe this would help:
