The A6 is a pretty looking car from the outside but that interior just doesn't do it for me. F10 >A6/S6 by a mile there.

For some reason whenever I am in an Audi i can't help spot out the similarities it has with my buddies VW's. Audi also shot itself in the foot now when they made the A4 look identical to the A6. Great for the A4 guy but sucks for the A6 dude that spent another 20K for his ride.

been favoring big audis as DDs for some time now
but i really like the new 5ers minimal interior.
audi and mb are now way too button-y.
the new exterior is growing on me too
having been an e60 hater.
i also am a fan of the soon to be endangered inline 6.
have to get behind the wheel of a 535xi and see whats what.
been in my A8 for 3 years now.

Good read. Enjoyed that but I would still pick the AMG or M5 over the S6 any day of the week.

The interior of a car is a subjective thing, just like the exterior design of a car. While the F10's interior is very nice, the A6's is right up there as well. The biggest difference for me were the seats, the BMW multi-contour seats blowns the Audi seats away in comfort and support, and the A6 do not offer optional upgarde seats in the A6 and A7, which is a big mistake in my opinion.
As far as the A6 looking like the A4, I think the F10 looks more like the F30 than the Audis.

The front end clearly looks different with the headlights, kidney grill etc...

Where as when i see the new A4's driving towards me I can't tell if its the A6 or A4 until it actually passes by and i see the taillights.

What bugs me the most when i went to check out the A6 before i bought my F10 was that flip out nav screen and there were buttons everywhere on the center console. The F10's design is nice, clean and elegant where as the Audi seemed like it was trying to hard to be stylish with its awkward shapes/lines with the interior. Also not surprised about the seats because I've sat in a loaded A4 with the prestige package before and although the seats looked nice they didn't wrap around you anywhere as good as the sports seats in my E90. It was no comparison. Bmw makes some of the best seats in the business.

Both 3 and 5 er as well a4 n a6 look individualistic enough for any bimmer and audi fan respectively.
Seats r more comfi in e60 and f10 as with the c7

Save for one, looks like the majority of folks on this forum passed a final judgement on the f10 vs c7 choice by choosing an f10. I too prefer a 550 over any Audi. After reading Ingol's remarks however, I put in a call to my dealer to cancel my 6sp carbon black m-sport shiny storm of awesome and placed an order with an Audi dealer for 2013audi a6(c7) NOT!! Lmao!!!!
