Torn! HELP.
I'm about to order a new BMW and I'm torn between a X5M and M5. Please let me know what you think. I have two kids that will be in booster seats.

M5. Much nicer interior. Better lines.
Just my 2 cents. Of course, you're in the M5 forum... =P I'm sure you will be happy with either.

Should I have posted this in both considering I'm thinking about an X5M also? I do like the lines but do think it would fit my kids?

I went thru the same debate. My situation is similar..but two factors pushed me towards the X5M:
Dint want to wait until next yr..thought I should wait a couple of mnths until after the car was released and matured until I would order one. That meant atleast summer next yr. Since I live in snow belt needed I thought an SUV..since it will be my daily driver to work. That was my reasoning. If u can wait until next yr..M5 would be the way to go. Kids should not be a problem as they would fit fine in F10 sedans. Either way you go: you will not be disappointed. Good luck with your choice |

Thanks a lot. I live in Florida and I can wait till next year. I'm about to leave the country for a little while and I'm looking at ordering next spring or summer time frame. I'm gonna find a 550i to test drive before I order so I can get the feel of the car. I recently bought my wife a 325i and we love it. Thanks again for the insight.
