Time to end this chapter. I really loved driving this car. I have owned a lot of cars - 1994 325i Cabrio, 1997 328i Cabrio, 1999 M3 Coupe, 2001 330ci Cabrio, 2004 M3 Cabrio, 2009 Lexus GS460, and this 2012 550i M-Sport Dinan Stage 2.
The 550i was my favorite in this line. Even more than the 2 M3s - it didn't have the same edge, but it had a 24x7 brilliance those cars never had. If I were to sum up this car in one phrase it would be this: "Effortless Superiority". I hope the new owner (a member of this forum) enjoys this fantastic product as much as I did. The car was washed by my detailer for the new owner (the smiley fellow in the photo is the one really responsible for how good this Imperial Blue beast looks). The shipping company - intercity lines seems very top notch. I was quite impressed with their carrier and the guy operating it.
