Is this lease quote on X6 good?

Hello guys,

I got this quote from an auto leasing company on the X6. Could you please tell me if it's good?

2012 X6 35i (Red ext/Oyster int), Premium Package, Running Boards, iPhone adapter/apps. MSRP: $64,239.

Quote given was: $752/month, with $1800 initial fees (tax not including in first payment)

Dealerships gave me much higher quotes, so please tell me if this quote is good. Thanks sooooooooo much!!!!

I think its a reasonable quote, not sure if I want to lease off of an independent leasing company....
