answering cell ph via bluetooth

Hello everyone,
Sometimes when I push the button on the steering wheel to answer a phone call, the system doesn't answer the call but the incoming call is displayed on the dash. I am using a Blackberry. This doesn't happen all the time. Has anyone else experience this problem? Thanks.

I use a Blackberry Curve and have the same situation. I cannot answer an incoming phone call using the button on the steering wheel. But, it is only a problem on the first phone call received each trip. Neither BMW, Blackberry nor Verizon could solve it (BMW's answer was that not all phone features work with the X3 Bluettoth). The simple solution I discovered is to answer the first incoming phone call by pressing down the iDrive select button on the console. You should be able to answer subsequent calls using the steering wheel button. If someone else has another solution maybe they will post it.
