Cool P0601 and P1542 codes (EML light-Traction control - check engine lights on)

I have a 2000 bmw 323i. The EML light, check engine light, and traction control light keep coming on. The latest things that have been done to the car are - new slave cylinder, new master cylinder, new clutch, new fuel filter, new air filter, and cleaned the throttle body. The codes that are being thrown are P0601 and P1542. I can turn the key to the on position and hold the gas pedal to the floor for 5 seconds then turn the key off and wait 2 minutes and it resets the codes and runs fine for a little bit. Any ideas whats going on? Please help.....

I am reasonably certain your throttle body is bad. I'd start there. My car has eaten two.

Go back and make sure you connected all the electrical connections.
