i checked this post 3 times but got no where ... oh maybe coz my eyes are hurting, could any one point my to the direct place to purchase or shop who does it ?

I am not understanding some. how do you get the blue halo to show up in both rings? in the picks at the top the HAlo is on let one. but in the bottom pics the person has them show up in both.

Can you explain how you did that?

I think you are talking about the White M Coupe with the very bright halos(photo below)? That car has Tekcarbon replacements. A lot different from what the OP did(which was just bulbs and programing). You have to crack the lights open to get that done.
