2012 535 Lease Rates

Hello all,

I am currently an owner of a BMW 328i (4th 3 series) and am considering moving into a BMW 535... Are the current lease rates fairly common for the 5 series - or are they considered higher than normal or lower than normal? The incentives right now (navigation, holiday credit, and loyalty) seem attractive.

Thanks for the advice.

The rates are good. They are definitely better than last year especially because the F10 was released last year. I just leased the 535i on 10,000 miles with loyalty at .00155 rate if FICO is above 740 and loyalty otherwise .00195. 10,000 miles = 56%.

I'm happy! And I absolutely love the car!! I have the 335i but the ride is different you'll enjoy the 535i with a more comfort and luxurious ride.

Good luck!

You got the lower rate of .00155 instead of the $1,000 loyalty correct? My understanding is you can get 1 or the other.

Thanks

The lower rate has a lower monthly than the straight $1,000 cash.
