Engine Noise

I'm getting a droning noise from the passenger side of the engine at steady throttle it will go away when you either let off the gas or accelerate. Almost sounds like a wheel bearing but will do it when at a idle too. Do the exhaust have flappers in them that can stick? Any help would be great! Thank you
