99 740iL - Replace motor mount

Hello Bimmerfest Family,

I need to replace my motor mount on my 99 740IL, does anyone have any information or diagram that could help me out in this situation. I would highly appreciate it. I can't afford to have a mechanic to do it at this moment in time, its within my budget if I do it myself. So who ever my have some information concerning this issue could you PLEASE forward it to me.

You need to jack/lift the engine couple inches but be very carefully @ the oil pan. Use wood !

Disconnect the air hose that goes to your secondary exhaust system valve as well.

And, either watch as your engine goes up that the fan blade(s) don't get caught on the fan shroud, or loosen the fan shroud before you start lifting up your engine.

Hello Bimmerfest Family,

My radio stop working, my headlight cut off when I step on the brake, my signal does not show up in the cluster but it does work on my 1999 740IL. I check my fuses and all my fuses are good. Can anyone tell me what my problem could be with my car. I know it an electical issue. I need to know where do I start and what is it that I need to do to correct this problem. I will appreciate what ever anyone may have to share concerning this request.
