Mystery Switch
Anyone know what this is?
About the size of a window switch. I was thinking it may be aftermarket at first, but then I noticed the tiny BMW stamp and an LK stamp in a circle on the back. The seven prongs are identified by stamped numbers starting from top left as: 2, 7, 4, 5, (one unmarked), 1, and 3. Stamped number between prongs: 03 8313 00; Old faded paper label on side of switch states: US. 83 [illegible]; BMW [illegible]; 1 370 097; And I just realized that the three divets are small switches also. So it has a long bar switch on top, three in the divets, and three small buttons on bottom with the LEDs in between them. Maybe from older 5 or 6 series? You can text me too if you prefer: 252 622-5O2O Last edited by idc4mhc; 11-21-2011 at 11:24 AM. |

Hi, I have no idea, but I have never seen this before on a e28.

That's a power seat switch for the "memory" setting. I have that in my 735i.
