X3 clock Issue

My fiance and I recent purchased a 2005 x3 3.0 and we love it, but it has a flaw.

The clock on the radio and the clock on the OBC lose each other some how. The OBC clock is always correct and the radio is correct when the car is first turned on. After you start driving the clock on the radio loses time and falls behind. You can fix it by turning the car off and the time is the same again or adjust the time on the obc but that only fixes it for the first minute. The clock on the radio then falls behind again.

Anyone else run into this problem?
