Thumping sound when turning hard right from a standstill

Just had my 1200 service and since then, it's been making a weird noise like a thump thump when turning hard right from a standstill. Going to go back to the dealer when I can make time, but anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Is the sound coming from the wheel well or steering pump area? It doesn't occur when turning hard left, correct?

Honestly I can't seem to locate the sound at this point. But it doesn't happen when turning the wheels while stationary. It did do it when turning left as well.

It may be the steering pump cycling on full lock either way, to prevent damage - which would be normal. I'll run a test later.

It's just funny that I never heard it until after the service.

Loose wheel bolts?

I think if the bolts were loose, I would notice that at 100mph. It's at the dealer right now, I'm waiting for the word.

limited slip differential engaging. Happened on my car too after they changed the LSD fluid at 1200. If it really bothers you they'll replace the fluid with another fluid that is quieter, but you will lose some functionality of the LSD I believe.

Dealer said something wasn't synced properly in the rear axle. Took him 5 min to fix the problem, and now no noise.
