Interior color/wood/texture/leather combinations

Guys, I'm a newbie to the forums, but is there a gallery or place where we can see all the interior combinations? Trying to pick out the 4CE from the 4B8 and the 4DD, or the LCLY from the LCL9, etc., from the hundred of photos, is making my eyes go crossed. Thanks very much. Great info on these boards.

My apologies if I've missed this. Don't mean to beat a dead horse.

You can choose your interior "trim".

I think you can get it with any of the trims.

Check out the UK configurator here:

Note that none of the cloth options are available in the US.

Nice link to the UK configurator, but probably best to exercise caution in using that to determine what might be available in US, as you mention. For example, premium package is not even among the listed options for the base 328i in UK.

In the US, the interior trims appear quite predetermined and very little customization seems possible. For example, if one wants dark burl wood trim in the base US 328i, one must order premium package plus luxury line, period. Nothing else will give you dark burl wood trim.

Hope BMW comes to its senses and allows a bit more customization down the road. Not sure how much additional scale they will get out of these combinations, but they probably know the assembly line better than we customers do.

Yes, in the US, we do not get total configurability as Germany or even the level UK does.

I believe the trim restrictions to each line are common world-wide and so the UK configurator is a good guide.

Premium Package is a US-only package and BMW USA has also seen fit to require it for Modern and Luxury Lines.

Burled Walnut Trim (4B8) is only available on Luxury Line and, by extension, in US requires ZPP.

I do see Dark Burl Walnut (4AB) is available on 335i base (but only silver trim is available on 328i base model).
