z3 glove box sag?

I just acquired a 1996 z3 and my glove box, while it closes to the latch, the whole box and latch apparatus is hanging from the dash quite substantially. Is this the infamous sag? I want to know before I purchase a kit in case this is a different problem the kit won't fix. Any guidance would be great!

It is the infamous glove box sag. Search Z-3 Glovebox and it will be a $30 fix.
