Post 1200 Mile Service

I finally reached 1100 miles and was able to get the initial service completed. I have been careful with the initial break-in to this point except I exceeded 5500 RPM's a couple of times but never went over 6K. The manual says to gradually increase RPM's and speed, but as you know that is a difficult thing to do. At what point can I really start driving the car without compromising the long term future of the engine. I plan to keep this car.

Go drive it......I bet most people hit WOT right after the service. If you have DCT, you gotta make sure your shift lights are working ....................Phil

+1, left the dealership sideways joining traffic. don't turn off DSC if you don't know what you're doing
