Question Head with s52 cams in a S50?

I found this on Craigslist. the guy claims to have s52 cams in a s50. If this is true is there any benefit to this?

The ad reads as follows:
BMW M3 cylinder head off a 95 M3, has 96-99 M3 cams and springs in it, new valves, valve job, valve seals, machined surface & pressure tested. Ready to bolt on.

Not that I know of.

I am not sure there is that much difference between the S and M 50/52 heads. Cams yes, M3 cams in a non-M engine work very nicely.

I have a M52 with S52 cams in it. When tuned right 20+ HP Pushing over 200hp+ with freeflow Dinan, Chip, and intake. I don't really know but in a E30 that is just over a ton its pretty quick.

Probably closer to 250hp.
