It maybe a Gas cap. I had that message on mine and all it was was just a bad gas cap.

Dude my car had the same issue my was also stalling dealeship replace the iVm module..its an electrical problem..becareful while fixing this problem the dealership damage my ccc idrive module and they refuse to pay for it.i just recently sued them hopefully i win ..

With that being said I had to replace my ccc or mpm TWICE with in 30 days. Those components fail to damn quick! I am wailing at BMW because of that!


IF you have a lot of control message pop up randomly that could be a sign that the CCC or MPM is going bad.
