Hit A Curb Xtreme Brake Dust
Hello everyone,
Hope you all are having a great holliday season. A few days ago my better half hit a curb in mybabystoy. The back wheel is bent and there is thick brake dust all over it. I know that I have to replace the wheel but my question is, is there something else that might be damaged because of the brake dust? Thanks in advance for your help. |

Dragging brakes are likely caused by a bent caliper carrier. If the hit was hard enough to bend the carrier you probably have a lot more damage.... things like bearings, the hub, wishbones etc.... You will have to get it checked out.

I'm not near the expert that Yorgi is, but I would definately agree. If you're getting heavy brake dust, something else is most likely bent/damaged. Good luck.
