Best BMW to attract the girls

I had a similar experience when I owned a 1972 Detomaso Pantera. I was parked outside a restaurant and standing outside near the car. A couple came out and as she walked by the car she said "I'm in love with who ever owns this car." She had no clue what kind of car it even was! She wanted a ride in the car and offered a phone number for later when I denied her request and said I had somewhere to be. The humilation was evident in the guys face she was with .

She sounds like a real considerate, sensitive gal. Nothing like humiliating your date.

When a got my BMW my life changed. I was lonely and desperate for any girl that will have me. The moment I got my precious BMW the chicks have been throwing themselves at me. Now I am pimping away with my 328i.

Another happy BMW owner. Hope all those rabid with passion females don't ding the car as they throw themselves at him.

That's the way it is for most of us dudes driving BMW's. Life is just one big real life fantasy thanks to the Roundel.

I lol @ this thread. I make sure that girls I talk to don't know what I drive. If they like me, cool. If not, IDGAF.

So what are you saying is that we should all drive a Prius. Nothing says i am sexy more than a hatchback Prius. Come to think of it I saw the women fawn over a Prius just a couple of days ago

I agree that the '69 is the head-turner here. The car that started it all! Now that, is impressive. I saw a refurbished one on the road a few months ago and I was in awe.

Too bad these things rust a lot and I may not get a chance to drive one before I die. Keep it alive man.

Thank you! Luckily it's a California car so no rust, but multiple layers of nasty paint from previous owners. Problem is its such an early build date (11/26/68) that I'm having issues finding correct parts. Looks like we're going Frankenstein on this car. I already have a set of E24 rear buckets, looking for some E21 Recaro fronts and the E21 5-speed. Maybe later Nardi wheel, Wilwood BBK, coilovers, wheels, Alpina fender flares, Weber 38/38 side-draft, race headers... the list is long but I'm in no hurry. This car will live for another 40 years if I have anything to say about it.

Anyhow, guys when they are just starting to feel their oats, are a bit insecure and need a bit of "help" in dealing with the "opposites". Think of the BMW Roundel as a security blanket.

Now I never know guys can be so insecure I am no feminist but just wonder why guys care so much about attracting girls with their cars. Shouldn't there be stricter criteria when comes to selection of opposite gender?

I heard reliability has been a problem. But, their cars look really good.

I wouldn't consider one unless I started seeing positive reviews in the auto mags. Haven't seen any yet.

Really? Someone I know has been raving about this car!!

Look at the black one!! So glossy, so sleek

Unfortunately there is no service center here in Atlanta. And of cos it is definitely not for me, where am I going to charge the car?
