Replacing 2004 X5 Amplifier

Ok when I purchased it the amp was dead, the dealer replaced it.
1 year later it starting making a popping sound and I looked online and was told to check the location of the amp for water, and SURE ENOUGH some bad design lead to a submerged amplifier.
Now it is dead! SO instead of spending $800+ on a new one, I went out and purchased a non bmw amp.
I have found the wiring diagram and the like and I know there is a module adapter for it out there however the adapter connections have rust due to the water and I need to remove it and rewire.
Using the 12 pin connector have the following info:
Car Radio Battery Constant 12v+ Wire: Red/Green
Car Radio Accessory Switched 12v+ Wire: Violet/White
Car Radio Ground Wire: Brown
Car Radio Illumination Wire: Yellow
Car Stereo Dimmer Wire: N/A
Car Stereo Antenna Trigger Wire: White
Car Stereo Amp Trigger Wire: White
Car Stereo Amplifier Location: Behind the rear left quarter panel trim.
Car Audio Front Speakers Size: N/A
Car Audio Front Speakers Location: N/A
Left Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): Yellow/Red
Left Front Speaker Negative Wire (-): Brown/Orange
Right Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): Black/Red
Right Front Speaker Negative Wire (-): Brown/Orange
Car Audio Rear Speakers Size: N/A
Car Audio Rear Speakers Location: N/A
Left Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Yellow/Black
Left Rear Speaker Negative Wire (-): Black/Orange
Right Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Blue/Black
Right Rear Speaker Negative Wire (-): Brown/Orange

Now my questions - which cables are the INPUT to the AMP. I know the power and the speaker lines but w/o an input those connections are useless...
Any help?
thanks!
