Late Build 2011 535ix vs. 2012 535ix

I'm looking to buy a fairly new CPO and was wondering if there were any differences between a 535ix built after 9/10 (2011 model year) and a 2012 model year build? In other words did BMW work out all the kinks or the ability to work out the kinks through software updates in the late model 2011 models or did they make known improvements on the 2012 model year that you can't get with a late build 2011?

Any help much appreciated!!

please do a search.

9/10 build added Combox
3/11 Build added 6NR capability
9/11 Build added Auto start/stop (2012MY)

MY2011's have the throttle delay. People claim the MY2012's don't have it (I can't confirm). What I can confirm is my dealer fixed my throttle delay last month after the 3rd software update (did the first update 6/11) on my MY2011 car built in 2/11.

My 2011 was built in 4/2011, and it has the very pronounced and annoying "tip-in" problem which BMW refuses to address.

From what I've read here, 2012s do not have tip-in issues.

Fastmark, your car is similarly equipped to mine. My dealer updated my software a couple of weeks ago and the delay tip in is completely gone in Sport and Sport+ mode. Mine used to have the delay in all 3 modes.
