Buy a 2008 M5 now or wait a few for 2009 M5
Hi,
I have a 2007 550i. I am looking to trade it in for an M5. I see the 2008's are about $50K now and are in my price range. I am debating whether to get a low mileage 2008 M5 now or wait a few months to see if the 2009s come to the $50K price range. Can someone please advise? Thanks! |

Wait and get the new I-drive. Much better than '08.

Thanks! iDrive is driving me nuts on my 550i. That is one of the primary reasons to change.

Drove me nuts on my 545. The new Idrive is significantly better.

The iDrive was updated in the 2010's and not 2009, the only update the 2009 has over the 08's is the new controller which is a joke without the new Idrive.
