What's Your Real World All Around MPG On The 535?
I'm getting 21.7 with about 50/50 city (but I mean real city...as in NYC)/highway driving over 5800 miles.
I'm pretty impressed as my '09 Acura TL was only good for about 20 mpg. Amd it wasn't as fast or as large.

19.7 MPG. 90% "city" meaning DC burbs with tons of stop and go.
For reference my V70R, which weighed about 3850 lbs and was getting 17 on the same commute. It to had 300 HP, but only a 5 speed auto. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Bimmer

20.5 100% city (burbs-like though, not heavy downtown core). In winter even lower, but that'd be an annual avg.

BTW, Last night I had to drive a lot slower than usual on a freeway (around 75MPH) and mostly on cruise (never used that yet on the F10 LOL) and the computer showed 35MPG (6.7 l/100km) after about 40 miles of driving.

Consistent 23.9, mostly daily commute of 70 miles on congested highways. About 50% steady highway speed, 50% total stop-and-go.

really depends on the type of driving I'm doing. Mostly short distance city I average about 17. I went on a couple 80mile round trips last week, I averaged 23.8. On a trip to San Fran and back 800 miles I averaged 28.

I have been getting consistant 24-25 mpg with daily driving. Some highway, some stop and go.
Typically on trips which is about 95% highway I am getting 29-30 mpg which I believe is incredible for a car of this size and horsepower. I love that balance of the 535! |

On a 530D all around MPG of 33 after 25k miles.
Highway trips on the speedlimit with 40 MPG are possible. A fast, 382 miles, autobahn trip with speed average of 82 Miles/Hr gave 28.9 MPG. Short trips in town are not very fuel efficient, as would be expected. This car with 540Nm torque and neatly working SAT really is a highway traveler! Almost one full year after delivery, with 6170 miles logged, mostly in Northern NJ (metro NYC), combined MPG is 21.2; average speed is 30.3. I'm bringing it into dealer for first oil change/service in two weeks. Mostly short commutes evenly divided between highway and city/urban areas. Engine and tranny are silky smooth. I'm very lucky, and couldn't be happier with the car.

About 3600 miles on the car, getting 25.7 average. I'm biased towards city driving, about 20% on highway.

I get 21.3 on my largely stop-and-go commute here in Northern California. I've gotten as much as 25 on a long freeway drive up the Sierra Nevada foothills (and back), one time.

I always refill when the tank is 3/4 empty (as per the gauge) and reset the trip counter to see how many miles I get between refills. Over the last year, I have been getting about 230-240 miles out of those 3/4 of gas. 85% city driving. I have gotten 330 miles once when it was 95% highway. I never ever shut off the AC and drive in Normal mode (as opposed to Sport or Sport+) 70% of the time. |

I am only at 750 miles on the 2013 535 I picked up in September and in 60/40 city/hwy I am at 20.2 mpg. However, during the 300+ miles up from Santa Barabara (all highway ftmp) I was at nearly 30 mpg.
I must have a heavy foot. Lol

I average about 24 mpg mixed about evenly between city and highway. On a very regular road trip I make to Buffalo (about 400 miles) I routinely get above 31 mpg which I continue to find amazing for a car this size.

Just got back from an 800 mile trip. Cruise was set at 80 MPH. 32.1 MPG. The more miles I get on the car the better the gas mileage.
