The light won't go off by itself - your scan tool needs to clear it.

Report the short term fuel trim percent numbers. If positive at 10%+, you have a vacuum leak.

Those P0170 and P0173 codes are for six-cylinder e39s (I thought). Sometimes indicative of failed sensors (if the sensors are new).

The P030x codes are for multiple cylinder misfires.

What brand sensors did you install and when cleaning the MAF, what cleaner did you use, and did you check the air intake boot afterward for any leaks?

Once the injectors start flowing below 90% (10% or more obstructed) you can also have "misfires" - here

The First Picture is for the Fuel Breather Valve that was for another post 2 to next pictures is where the air leaked is coming from the one I found I have check the Coils by starting the car and removing the clip connection and see if drop and change and yes they all drop the engine down so I just Purchase New Bosh Iridium Spark Plugs to see if that changes anything I will put them on tomorrow. I did purchase some spark plugs a year ago I do not remember if they where Iridium I have never change the Coils on this

I believe that but Bentley's has them organized into sets by e39 engine and the M62 list doesn't include the 170 and 173. Probably not important here.

You didn't report your fuel trim numbers, as I requested above. P0173 is fuel trim bank 2. That means that bank 2 is either running to lean, or too rich. That's why I wanted you to measure and report STFT.

P0300, random multiple misfire, can be caused by clogged cats. How many miles on them? If more than 100k, they are suspect.

Are you sure it's P0320, and not P0302? There is no P0320 on the Bentley list for your MY.

Yes it is P0320

Well I just Installed New Iridium Bosh Plugs and the old plugs look bad, they where bosh platinum Fusion 4 Prongs. I reset the computer and going to drive and see today the codes I get after new spark plugs. Also I don't not know how to test the pressure on the air yet.My cats are about a year or 2 but there not original, so they might need replace since I had the misfire for a while now, I guess I will drive and see what codes come back, There is a air escaping sound when I turn off car is that normal is like SSSSSS ,sounds like is coming from inside the manifold. Also the hose on the back when I turn off car and move hose makes a fizzing sound of escaping air is the hose on the second picture I don't know what is called so I can even get a new one lol
