Clarify your question. Does it feel like its losing power when you floor it? Does it bogg down? What?

Re: Engine

I really haven't felt like it does but it doesn't idle when I stop. And when I turn it off and it goes away.

What do you mean by it doesn't idle when you stop?

The engine keeps racing?

Your foot is still on the floor?

What do you mean by it sounds like a harley? Like a 2 cylinder? Loud exhaust?

Re: Engine

Like when I floor it and at a red light or stop sign it doesn't idle but when I just give it a lil but of gas is like is trying really hard to move but when I shot it off and on again it just goes away.

I think the descriptive failings are to be found betwixt seat and wheel.

No, it's not you. The postings from W.Black.Box are clear as mud.

Lemme see if I can translate:

"So every time I drive my E36 98 I step on it all the way down and after that It starts to sound like a Harley idk what that could be any idea's?"

"So" every time time he really stands on the gas, it apparently starts missing. BMW 328= 6 cylinder engine; Harley = 2 cylinders. If it's going to sound like one, it must be missing on four cylinders. (why do people start a thread with "So........ ?????)

"I really haven't felt like it does but it doesn't idle when I stop. And when I turn it off and it goes away."

Engine has a high idle when he comes to a stop. Either that or it's running so rough it won't idle. Your guess is as good as mine about the second part. "Turn it off and it goes away"??? Does he mean the high idle goes away if he restarts the engine?

"Like when I floor it and at a red light or stop sign it doesn't idle but when I just give it a lil but of gas is like is trying really hard to move but when I shot it off and on again it just goes away."

Reading that makes my head hurt, but here goes....he's trying to get it to idle when stopped. Sometimes if he stabs the gas pedal and releases it, the engine drops to an idle, but giving it just a little gas it is pulling against the transmission. I get the feeling it's an automatic...otherwise how would it be "trying really hard to move"?

Ok, so now we have a 328 that sounds either like a Harley or a lawnmower...

He spelled Kissimmee FL correctly.

That's a start? Ever notice most of the glaring grammatical crimes are committed above "Sent from BimmerApp mobile app" or something similar?

That's actually a very mature thing to say.

Tell us how this will turn out, pray tell?

OP, we are trying to help, believe it or not. The razzing you're getting is because we've given you multiple opportunities to clarify what the problem is with your car, and still we've gotten only confusing information. Your original and subsequent postings are so vague and confusing we are having a VERY hard time figuring out what you're trying to tell us.
