Yep, I was thinking the same thing. It takes alot of work to get 300hp even at the crank....

It wouldn't be just a DINAN badge N/A.....

I have gotten a ticket for 15 over in a 35 when I was headed out of town less than a quarter of a mile away from the 55 highway limit in my truck. My radar detector was going off, but couldnt hear it over the radio, lol. This year I just got a warning for doing 46 in a 25 coming into town in my E36. The ticket writing process is a very inconsistent process every where you go. You get what they want to pull outta there ass that day.

exactly....

it's called sarcasm, and makes about as much sense as complaining about getting a speeding ticket for speeding.

Cops do their job, I don't hate them, what I hate are cops that bust your balls for the sole purpose of busting your balls, a few weeks ago me and my buddy got pulled over for speed competition after we slowed back down to do another pull, they clocked us at 130 and after 5-10 minutes let us go, no tickets no anything, and neither of us have pba cards or cop family.

I've been pulled over because I looked suspicious with my hat on then they look in my back seat and see my mess of college books and let me go always.

I don't mind the police.

But if I were you i would fight the ticket, every cop (in ny at least) can tell speed + or - 5mph and the radar is the same when it comes to accuracy, most 5mph tickets get tossed when you fight them.

In just saying the ticket writing process has a huge gray area. Then when you goto pay for it they turn it into something its not which usually works in your favor. My speeding ticket was turned into noisy mufflers which is a non moving violation.

Got way over 10k in upgrades and that's with discounts, last dyno was almost 290 at the wheels, since then I've added a full carbon plentium intake really helps low end and torque , everything else is from the Dinan catalog and I mean everything -forced induction,LW fly,all electronics, suspension alone cost almost 4k (w discounts) I know that doesn't add HP, Dinan carbon cold air hangs in the modded right front brake duct really helps top end, upgraded fuel rail and injectors (plus I have access to 10$ a gallon Sunco 110 octane from the track (I race bikes not cars) have all receipts and there's a ton of other mods that I can't think of right off hand, and yes you can pull 320 outta this block w/o bore, Forced induction with 8-10 psi will get you close but you need to get a "thicker"/taller Head gasket. I've posted some pics

If you have forced induction and making 300whp in an M3 I would start checking for boost leaks.

I'm NA (Natural Aspirated) but I'm saying if you boost you can pull over 320 pretty easy with low boost

In your post you said you have everything from dinan and you listed forced induction as one of them, can we see pics of your car and the engine bay?

Idk man, what other mods do you have on your car?

I know I personally get bothered all the time, but not for speeding. If it isn't my 35% window tint all around which looks darker at night, it's my borla catback being "too loud" or my car being too low (I have h&r sport springs, wtf?). But w.e, they just about always let me go without without a ticket.

The more I hear, the more the whole story sounds trollish to me. I'd say it was Temoc, but he hasn't gone off on a rant yet, other that the initial posting.

It always makes me laugh when 17 year olds in 15 year old cars valued at less than a new Hyundai Accent think cops pull them over because they're jealous.

No, they pulled you over because they saw you driving a lot faster than 60 but 5 over is they could get you for on the radar, and they didn't let you off because you're young and cocky and copped an attitude with him, and were going way too fast.

I've got tons of tickets under my be belt, and yeah, it blows, try to fight it and if you win, you got lucky, if you lose, you got what was fair.

Don't bitch about it in here like some cop making 8 times your annual income is jealous.

If I did my math correctly, I'm at 306 crank...

And does the OP have a euro motor or something? Am I missing something here?
