OBD codes p1250

My 2000 BMW 323i runs well for awhile then at idle it start shaking and it failed the vehicle inspection. Did a minor tune and still have the problem. Wondering if the Pressure regulator control needs to be replaced or emission valve or EGR valve needs to be replaced. OBD 11 code is p1250 . Anybody else have a great idea before I dive in over my head.
