There was a problem with the order... They only made black shirts and the printing was in the wrong font. I think the plan is to do refunds to all those who pre-ordered for pickup at the event, but we'll just have to wait for official word from Mark, Tim or Jon.

Agreed. I don't mind waiting, but I would really like to get the shirt I ordered. Heck, I'll pay shipping if I have to.

I'll jump on board with this as well. Jon/Mark/Tim, I think you'd have no problem selling a large boatload of shirts in white, blue, or black, with the multicolor bimmerfest logo (and 2004) embossed. Polos with a pocket would probably go out the door pretty well too.

Further, I'd bet people here would be willing to pay an extra $5 or so on top of total net cost with shipping for the charity that we were raising money for in the raffle. I certainly would.

In fact, you'd get and order for three shirts from me.

Anyone else want to second this?

I'll second that motion. Too bad I got a Paypal refund on my order last night.

Heck, I was a volunteer and didn't even get one. I blame Keith.

Ummm, you realize that we did have shirts for sale before the event, right? We got next to NOTHING for order so the motivation to have shirts at the event or to make any more shirts now is just not there.

For those that ordered shirts, they have been refuned. We might look at getting more shirts made but we are no longer willing to work with the shop that screwed up the order so we would have to find a new place, etc, etc.

Did you see the post where we were selling shirts just like that? We got maybe 10 orders, not a boat load.

This always seems to happen. Same last year. People would chime in on how they were going to order shirts, but the orders never seem to materialize. I was really looking forward to the blue polo shirt.

No problem, wasn't trying to single you out. As Spectre said, everyone is all excited until we actually do anything, then no one is around.

You guys should not have refunded my money Tim - I took one of the black golf shirts (non-logo and all) since I had pre-ordered.

I just checked my PayPal (I was there paying for something I won on eBay), and I noticed I got a refund too, even though I picked up a shirt from one of you (I think it was pixA4) at the end when we were cleaning up.

I hope Mark and Tim don't mind me bringing this up - they're probably waiting for the 'fest aftermath to settle down for them, but . . .

Thursday afternoon before the 'fest, I got a call from the guy that made the polos and hats last year. He said, "I knew the 'fest was coming, so I made up some hats and shirts - where do you want me to 2-day ship them?"

I'm thinking, okay, 2 days gets them to us Saturday afternoon sometime so Mark and Tim decided not to try and deal with them at the 'fest and perhaps put them up for sale on the site afterwards.

So if you guys out there would be interested in getting your hands on those, speak up and maybe we can make it happen.

I think they were just way too busy & weren't able to keep track of everyone who picked up their pre-ordered shirts. I was also one of the people who picked up a pre-ordered shirt and got a refund just the other day......but I emailed Mark & Tim and I paypal'd the $ back to them.

We were totally out of it by the end of the event, it was along week for us.

If you got your shirt and we refuned you please paypal us the money back (pix@performanceIX.com).

I bought two shirts, and got one........I'm just goin to wait till you guys get the other shirts and get one then. BTW I love last years shirt how they are not screened on but sowed in.
