New Tires, Run Flats or not? Suggestions

Hello all,

I have the original Bridgestone Potenzas on my car and the dealer is telling me the rears are close to being worn. They want $500 - installed.

Does anyone have an alternative suggestion to replacing them with the original brand/type? I am open to other run flats (hopefully not as lound and rough riding)

I am also open to a traditional tire but that means I would need to get a spare and a tire kit
