Can anyone tell me how to download or find any information on how to program the navigation system?

I believe I remember seeing a lot of good MK IV Naviagtion System programming info on XOUTPOST.com - It was a little involved having to download and manipulate ISO files and such but if your somewhat computer savy it can be done.
